For ALL new clients. It is typically 10 to 15 min. long and is done before ANY service is started. It is also Free of charge. A visual hair & scalp analysis will be done, along with a small questionnaire. $25
It is best that the client gives Honest and Accurate information as they possibly can about last chemical services, products used, extensions, scalp conditions, etc. All information is confidential and only viewed by the professionals that is doing the service.
Long Distance Consultations
are provided for Out-of-Town clients via phone & email.
Hair Extension Consultation

Required before ALL hair extension services. It is typically about 30 min long. The stylist will find out what kind of Look is desired, and then recommend a particular extension method that is best suitable to achieve the Look. Any add-on services will be discussed including Type of hair, and Pricing.

Hair Extensions Deposit
$100 required to secure an appointment Date & Time that will be credited to the total service cost for that particular appointment.
Cancellations
$50.00 Same Day Cancellation – any cancellation after regular business hours the day before your scheduled appointment is considered Same Day Cancel
1st NO Call NO Show - it is under the discretion of the stylist to reschedule another appointment IF SO the Fees are increased to 100%
2nd NO Call NO Show – you will NOT be rescheduled

For clients who are experiencing, Hair Loss, Scalp Problems, or in need of Hair and Scalp Repair. Click her to SEE more details. This is an extensive, in-depth, Hair & Scalp Analysis. It is typically 1 to 2 hours long depending on the issue being addressed. There is a fee for this service.
